Survivor Series 2019 saw an intense battle between WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and the ultimate underdog, Rey Mysterio, in a No Holds Barred Match for the WWE Championship. The match was built on deep personal stakes, as Lesnar had brutally attacked Mysterio and his son, Dominik, weeks prior. Now, Rey was seeking revenge, and with no rules holding him back, he had a fighting chance against “The Beast.”

The champion quickly took control, throwing Mysterio across the ring with his signature German suplexes. The size difference was clear—every time Mysterio tried to get up, Lesnar effortlessly tossed him around like a ragdoll.
The match quickly became a brutal display of Lesnar’s dominance. He lifted Mysterio onto his shoulders and delivered a crushing F-5, but instead of going for the pin, he continued the punishment. The crowd watched in shock as it seemed like Mysterio had no way out.
Then, in a dramatic twist, Dominik Mysterio ran to the ring with a steel chair in hand. The WWE Universe erupted as Dominik pleaded for mercy for his father—only to suddenly hit Lesnar with a low blow! The crowd exploded as Rey capitalized, landing a low blow of his own. Lesnar, for the first time in the match, was vulnerable.
Seizing the moment, Dominik and Rey teamed up for an incredible double 619, sending Lesnar reeling. The arena was electric as Dominik climbed the top rope and delivered a frog splash, followed by Rey hitting a frog splash of his own. The crowd counted along as Rey covered Lesnar—one… two… but Lesnar kicked out!
The Mysterios couldn’t believe it. They attempted another attack, but this time, Lesnar caught Dominik mid-air, tossing him out of the ring with a devastating suplex. Before Rey could react, Lesnar scooped him up and delivered a thunderous F-5, planting him in the center of the ring. This time, the referee counted one, two, three—and Brock Lesnar retained the WWE Championship.
