The Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match at WWE Money in the Bank 2018 featured some of the biggest stars in WWE, all competing for the ultimate prize—a guaranteed championship opportunity anytime, anywhere. The match included Braun Strowman, Finn Bálor, The Miz, Rusev, Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, Kevin Owens, and a last-minute addition, Kofi Kingston, representing The New Day.

A Fast-Paced Start

From the opening bell, chaos erupted as every competitor scrambled to gain the upper hand. The Miz immediately rolled out of the ring, opting for a strategic approach while the other superstars brawled. Braun Strowman, the largest man in the match, quickly became the biggest target, with multiple competitors teaming up to neutralize him early on.

Big Spots and Brutal Attacks

Kevin Owens attempted to take out Strowman by convincing several others to help powerbomb him through a table outside the ring. However, Strowman eventually fought back, bulldozing through opponents and flipping a ladder over with Bálor and Kingston still on it. Meanwhile, Samoa Joe and Rusev used their submission expertise to wear down their opponents before turning their attention to climbing the ladder.

Finn Bálor delivered one of the most memorable moments of the match with a breathtaking Coup de Grâce off a ladder onto Bobby Roode. The Miz, ever the opportunist, nearly stole the win multiple times but was thwarted by high-impact moves, including a Machka Kick from Rusev.

The Monster’s Dominance

As the match neared its conclusion, Strowman made his presence known once again. He single-handedly demolished everyone in his path, including an incredible moment where he ran through a ladder, breaking it in half. Despite desperate attempts from The Miz and Kevin Owens, Strowman climbed the ladder and unhooked the briefcase, securing the victory.

Aftermath

With the Money in the Bank contract in hand, Braun Strowman became an unstoppable force on the road to SummerSlam, eventually using his contract to challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. His dominant performance at Money in the Bank 2018 proved why he was called “The Monster Among Men.”
